David Myers is the former director of shared services at the Prime Minister’s Delivery Unit, having also worked as CIO at both the Home Office and Defra.
Myers, who is now an independent IT procurement consultant, talked exclusively to Computing following his keynote speech at the eWorld Purchasing & Supply conference in Birmingham last week.
